Brother Danny was one of the original volunteers with Y-COP in the early 90's when the program operated as a drop-in-center for teens after school at the Church of the Ascension. Brother Danny was loyal and committed to the vision of Mr. Ayers: improving relations between the City's youth and the Mount Vernon Police, providing a safe environment, and surrounding youth with positive role models. He was very instrumental in Y-COP's early success.
