AuroLily was created in 2021 for Ms. Brown’s daughter, the name stems from hers, Aurora Grace Liliana. As a new mom, Ms. Teneel Brown struggled to find natural skin products that were affordable and provided the needed benefits to her daughter, who suffered from eczema. The main goal was to ensure high-quality ingredients, free of toxins, and made with black skin in mind. She would love to say that skincare has been a lifelong passion, but it stemmed from necessity and is now a way for her to bring healthy and safe skin products to our community.
Ms. Teneel Brown is a Clinical Research Specialist and has conducted clinical trials for major cosmetics brands. These global companies control a large section of the beauty industry and have wide marketability. However, some of these products are made with skin irritants that cause more harm than good. Many are not made with OUR skin in mind.
All of AuroLily’s products are handmade with high-quality oils, natural clays for vibrant colors and healthy skin benefits, and 100% pure essential oils (no fragrance oil to irritate the skin). Our products currently include cold-processed soaps, body scrubs, and body oils. We will venture into bath bombs, face serums, lip care, and hair care.
