Henry Wilson
Executive of Director of Y-COP since 2012, Henry has transformed what was once a teen drop-in center into a licensed, year-round childcare organization. With 35+ years of professional experience in serving under served and disadvantaged populations, including the homeless, hungry, incarcerated, ex-cons, substance abusers, and the mental ill, Henry has galvanized the community (including schools, family members, law enforcement and social services) to help program participants meet their full potential.

Donna Brown
Development and Outreach Manager for Y-COP since 2016, Donna plays a huge role in organizing Y-COP fundraiser events such as “Kickin’ it in the Kitchen for Kids”, the annual Dinner-Dance Gala, annual summer camp scholarship pancake breakfast and fish fry dinner sales. She also shares her talents with Y-COP programs including Youth Development Basketball, After School and Summer Day Camp.

Charles Cowan
Charles Cowan, aka Mr. C, is the Recreational Specialist for the Summer Day Camp and is the Head Instructor for the Youth Development Basketball Program. He leads athletic activities in the After School Program and the Summer Day Camp to keep children physically active and fit.

Betsey has been the Program Director for Y-COP since 2012. She helps lead the Girls’ Empowerment Group and led Y-COP’s first global outreach effort, “Barrels for Haiti”, where Y-COP collected toiletries and clothes for children in Liancourt, a small village in the developing nation.

Zinobi Duncombe
Zinobi has been a member of the Y-COP family since she was a cheerleader at the age of 12. As an educator for more than 14 years, she believes in lifelong learning and knows the importance of a quality, safe and academically rich program to offer the youth and community. She continues her initiative to help students transition from high school to college and careers and emphasizes the need for great role models in children’s lives to help motivate our youth. Zinobi hopes to offer her skills in education, nursing and computer science to further enhance Y-COP programs to build strong-minded, critical thinkers of the 21st century.

Thomas “Tommy” Moran
Tommy has been volunteering with Y-COP since 2016. He is the manager of the CACFP (Child and Adult Care Feeding Program), sponsored by the NYS Department of Health in which he purchases the food and prepares hot, nutritious meals for the youth in the After School and Summer Day Camp Program.

Amirah has been on staff with Y-COP since 2016. She is a Head Teacher in After School and Head Counselor for the Summer Day Camp’s Hummingbirds (five-year olds) and Blue Jays (8 to 10 year olds). She shares her talents and treasures with arts and crafts with After School and Summer Day Camp.

Malcolm Wilson
Malcolm is Henry’s go-getter. He is responsible for posting photos on Y-COP’s social media pages, compile attendance records for monthly submission to the county and the state for funding. He also helps with any technical aspects of reporting.
